Memetic Arts, the producer and publisher of U-GRUVE AR, and the New York SoundWalkers Meetup are celebrating the public release of "Florambula", an interactive soundwalk by award-winning film composer Barbara J. Weber, written specifically for the U-GRUVE AR app and Central Park's Conservatory Garden.

While participants are free to experience the event independently, we will also be gathering afterwards, either on site or at a local venue (TBD), to discuss our impressions and experiences.

As a reminder, to experience the soundwalk you must bring your own iOS device and earbuds/headphones, and you must download the U-GRUVE AR app from the iOS App Store. While we are hard at work getting the Android version ready, it may not be available at the time of this event.

PLEASE NOTE: This event was originally scheduled for Saturday, May 13th, but was rescheduled due to a forecast of imminent rain. While we had planned to have Ms. Weber on hand to discuss her compositional process, etc., she will not be able to attend due to a prior commitment. We have therefore scheduled a second event, for Saturday, June 3. Tickets will be available on EventBrite shortly.
